### Is hosting included in the $49 a month?

Yes. Hosting, security, backups, monitoring and routine changes are all part of the Kohmera Website plan. There is no separate hosting bill.

### Where is my website hosted?

On Cloudflare’s global network, which serves pages from locations close to your visitors, so they load fast whether your customers are in Kingston, Toronto or Miami.

### What happens if the website goes down?

We watch it and fix what’s ours to fix. Outages outside our control, like your domain registrar or the network itself, are rare, and we tell you what happened.

### Is email included?

No. Email hosting isn’t part of the plan. Your existing email keeps working when your new website goes live.
