From the home kitchen to the campsite

Wild Boar Barbecue & Kitchen is Matt’s cooking channel: barbecue, home cooking, Costco finds and meals cooked while camping.

2026 was the first camping season with the new RV, a Keystone Bullet. The cooking came along: a Pit Boss portable pellet grill, a griddle and the open fire.

From Matt’s Instagram bio: “1 x BBQ Competition Champion” and “COSTCO Enthusiast”.

Weeknight cooking at home. The Mongolian Beef & Noodles post pairs a showpiece dinner with a practical tip: hard-sear the beef and keep the searing juices for the crockpot. On YouTube, there’s a burger bun recipe and quick bread & butter pickles.

“COSTCO Enthusiast” is right there in the bio. There’s a dated haul from 30 October 2026, and the campsite picanha started as a Costco Canada find.

Conversation starter Could something people find on a Costco run become the start of one of Matt’s cooks?
