Structural Steel
Structural design, fabrication, transportation and on-site erection of your project. From roof framing and structural engineering to new build-outs, we fabricate and install all types of structural steel, all over Canada.
Fabrication and installation are two halves of one job. We build the members, transport them, and our crews of certified welders and experienced erectors put them up on site, with safety at the front of the work.

Platforms, Mezzanines & Catwalks
Raised floors and walkways that add working space or safe access: mezzanines, platforms and catwalks, fabricated and installed.
Documented examples include the mezzanine at the Caledon Works Yard and a custom platform installation in downtown Toronto.

Custom Machining
In-house custom machining, including turning, milling and surface grinding. Our lathes, mills and multi-function machines let us choose the most cost-effective and efficient way to make each part.
Skilled, tight-tolerance machining can start from full production drawings or from an idea sketch. Our machinery is constantly updated and rigorously maintained.

Portable Line Boring
Our portable line boring service repairs worn or oversized bores, including bushing bores, on site, on all types of equipment.
Because the service comes to the equipment, it does not have to be transported to a shop, and teardown or removal from the job site can be kept down. That can mean less downtime.

Industrial Maintenance
Fabrication, repairs and preventative maintenance for machinery, conveyors and hoisting equipment, along with factory maintenance and safety guards for machinery.
Our staff are trained in hoisting and moving equipment and in positioning machinery for assembly and installation. They read blueprints and technical instructions to assemble, dismantle and overhaul machinery and equipment.

On Site Mobile Welding
MIG, TIG and stick welding at your site, in any conditions within safety. Mobile and on site fabrication means the welding comes to the work.

We offer 24/7 emergency repair services to industrial clients. If a machine, conveyor or structure is down, call us.
Emergency service is for industrial clients. All other work is arranged during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
