Owner and sushi chef Ting Zheng always dreamed of a restaurant near the ocean. When a space opened at Kings Wharf, that dream became JUKAI.

On 7 February 2019 King's Wharf called JUKAI Downtown Dartmouth's newest restaurant. Ting Zheng had over 10 years of cooking experience then, and set out to cook “healthy, creative, and high quality food”.
