Websites for contractors

Contractor websites.
Built before you pay.

Contracting is sold on trust and proof. Homeowners want to see what you’ve built, read what past clients said, and understand how a project with you actually goes. Kohmera builds a contractor website that does all three, and you see it finished before you pay.

See our work

We start from what’s already public: your Google listing, your project photos, your reviews, your services. Then we build a clean, fast site with a proper project gallery, clear service pages and a quote request that doesn’t take ten minutes to fill out.

  • No build fee
  • $49 USD a month if you keep it
  • Your web address stays yours

Built for

  • General contractors
  • Renovation and remodelling companies
  • Roofing contractors
  • Kitchen and bathroom specialists
  • Decks, fences and outdoor builds
  • Concrete, masonry and excavation

What’s included

What your contractors website includes.

A real project gallery

Your work, organized by type, with enough room to actually see it. Not a grid of thumbnails.

Service pages with process

Renovations, additions, roofing, basements: each page explains how a project runs from estimate to finish.

Quote requests that get answered

Short form or WhatsApp, with the details you need to call back prepared.

Reviews and references

Google reviews pulled through, placed next to the projects they’re about.

Licences, insurance, warranties

Everything a homeowner’s brother-in-law will tell them to check.

Service area

The towns you work in, spelled out so local searches find you.

Search & AI

How homeowners find a contractor.

We build the site around the way your customers actually look for you, so search engines and AI assistants can understand what you do and where.

How we build for search

  • “Renovation contractor [town]” and “roofers near me”. Local pages with real photos win these.
  • Project searches: “basement finishing cost”, “deck builder”. Service pages that show real examples earn the click.
  • Google Maps and reviews, where most homeowners check before they call anyone.
  • AI assistants asked for “a reliable contractor for a kitchen renovation in [town]”. Structured data on your services, area and reviews helps you appear.

Real websites

Every site we build is live on a real business’s domain.

Auto shops, tour companies, studios, clinics, food businesses. Different industries, same rule: built first, paid for after.

How it works

Ridiculously simple.

Getting a better website shouldn’t be complicated. So it isn’t.

  1. We build it.

From what your business already shows online: your listing, your photos, your services.

  2. You see it.

We send you the finished website. No credit card. No deposit.

  3. You keep it.

Love it? We put it live on your own web address.

  4. We look after it.

Hosting, security and 2 change requests a month, done for you.

Price

One simple price.

You decide after you’ve seen your website. Not before.

FAQ

Contractors questions.

The ones contractors businesses ask us most.

All questions

We have hundreds of project photos on our phones. How does that work?

Send them. We pick the strongest, resize them so pages stay fast, and organize them by project type. Adding new projects later is a routine change.

Can we show a before-and-after?

Yes. Before-and-after pairs are one of the most convincing things a contractor site can show, and we build them in.

Do we have to list prices?

No. Most contractors use “request a quote”. If you want to publish starting prices for common projects, the site handles that too.

We do commercial and residential. Can the site handle both?

Yes. Separate sections for each, so a facilities manager and a homeowner both land on something written for them.

You’ve already imagined a better website.

What if we’ve already built it?

No build fee. No obligation to keep it.

Step 1 of 3

What’s your business called?

The name customers know you by.
