Before you decide
Do I really see the website before paying?
Yes. We build the website first and send you a private link. Click through every page on your phone or laptop before you decide anything.
Is there really no build fee?
Correct. The build is included when you keep the website. You pay the monthly price and nothing for the design or the build.
Where does the information for my website come from?
From what your business already shows online: your Google listing, your current site, your social pages. You can ask for changes before launch, and anything wrong gets fixed before the site goes live.
Can I change photos or wording?
Yes. Send us the photo or the sentence and we swap it. Your plan includes up to 2 change requests a month.
What happens if I already have a website?
We replace it and keep your web address. Your old site stays up until the new one is ready, then we switch it over. Nothing goes dark.
Money and changes
What does it cost in Canada?
49 Canadian a month. Everywhere else it is 49 US a month. Same plan, same everything.
What counts as a routine change?
New hours, new prices, a new photo, a new service, updated wording, a new team member. Your plan includes up to 2 change requests a month. Bigger work, like an online store or a booking system, is quoted first.
Can Kohmera do more than my website?
Yes. Add-ons start at $9 a month: online booking, quote requests with photos, deposits, a page for every town you serve, your Google Maps profile, more reviews and more. Pick them on the Price page.
Can I add more later?
Yes. Add or drop an add-on whenever your business needs it. Each one is a monthly price, with no setup fee.
What if I cancel?
No cancellation fee. Your site stays online until the end of the period you paid for, and your web address stays yours. The website files stay with Kohmera; you can buy them if you want to host somewhere else.
Your web address and your business
Do I keep my current web address?
Yes. Your web address (like yourbusiness.com) stays in your name with the company you bought it from. We connect your new site to it, or show you exactly what to change.
Who owns my web address?
You do. Always.
Will you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly promise a spot on Google. We build and look after your site the way search engines and AI assistants read best, which gives you the strongest start. Where you land is up to Google.
