Yes, they are separate from the website plan. Custom automation is quoted on what we are fixing, and some common fixes are ready-made with a monthly price from $9. Bookkeeping is a monthly price based on the size and complexity of your books.

No cancellation fee. Your site stays online until the end of the period you paid for, your web address stays yours, and we send back your photos and text if you ask. The website’s code and design stay with Kohmera; you can buy a copy if you want to host it somewhere else.

No. Nobody can honestly promise a spot on Google or in an AI assistant’s answer. We build and look after your website the way search engines and AI assistants read best, which gives you the strongest practical start. Where you land is up to them.

We structure every website so machines can clearly read who you are, what you do, where you work, which services you offer and how customers reach you. That is what AI search tools rely on. We cannot control what they answer.

We measure how the website is used in aggregate: which pages get visited, where visitors come from, what they tap, where they leave. Not who they are. Where the law asks for consent first, visitors are asked first.

You do. Always. One you already have stays in your name, with the company you bought it from, and we connect your website to it. No web address yet? We register one in your business’s name, included in your plan.

Anything repetitive that follows the same steps: enquiries and quote requests, bookings and reminders, follow-ups, review requests, document collection, notifications, customer lists, invoices and payment updates. If you do it the same way every time, it is worth a look.

Usually not. We start with the tools you already have (your email, calendar, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, accounting software) and connect them, before suggesting anything new.

No. Kohmera provides bookkeeping support, not tax, audit or accounting advice. We keep your records clean and organized, so your accountant can do their part faster.

We work in QuickBooks Online every week. Using something else? Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Yes. Bookkeeping cleanup brings old records up to date: categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts and sorting out old bills and invoices. Then monthly bookkeeping keeps them that way.

Never. We will never ask for passwords, bank logins or card numbers through a form or by email. Access is set up the safe way, through your software’s own invite for bookkeepers.
